We use fully qualified personnel, from quick prototype to high volume production, with the ability to handle all aspects of the customer’s requirements.
We specialize in manufacturing patterns, low cost fiberglass tooling, low to medium volume composite tooling, high tech, high volume, high temperature oven and autoclave composite tooling as well as casting of any type of polyurethane materials or resins.
Abilities:
1 Manufacturing of patterns according to customer drawing specifications and tolerances.
2. Low cost quick tooling for fast prototype manufacture.
3. Low to medium volume composite tooling for product development, and low volume product production.
4. Manufacturing of high temperature, oven or autoclave tooling for close tolerance products and high production.
The company’s existing epoxy wet lay up manufacturing process, and low tech Polyester (bucket and brush) are well known for best quality, and short time manufacture.
